Cambridge Rail Accident

The tragic death of two-year-old John Terry Hall, who was killed on an unmanned railway crossing at Peakirk, Cambridgeshire last Monday highlights how dangerous trains can be.

Trains travel at up to 125 mph and take up to 20 times the length of a football pitch to stop. And the turbulence a train makes can pull a youngster under the wheels.

Never play near trains or on tracks. They’re too dangerous.
