Travellers: 'A generation of children growing up ... knowing that they're not wanted'

Eighty-six Traveller families living on unauthorised sites face the prospect of becoming 'homeless on wheels' if the Government's new localism bill is enacted. It will allow local councils to decide their own provision of sites for Gypsies and Travellers.
