BBC GENERATION 2015: ONE WEEK TO GO FOR 18-24 YEAR OLDS TO APPLY

Generation 2015 is a cohort of 200 young voters, drawn from across UK communities, who will be asked to contribute to national and regional BBC programming in the run-up to the General Election.

Those who are selected to take part could find themselves taking part in a broad range of BBC programming opportunities, whether that is quizzing party leaders, or speaking about their lives on outlets ranging from Newsbeat, Newsnight, The Jeremy Vine Show, to Asian Network or The One Show.

David Stenhouse, Generation 2015 Project Lead said: “Generation 2015 is an opportunity for 18-24 year olds across the UK to get their voices heard on BBC TV, Radio and Online, and for the BBC to cover this General Election with greater breadth and depth than ever before. To take part you don’t need to have decided how, or if, you are going to vote. You do need something to say for yourself, and about the issues affecting 18-24 year olds today.”

Applications close at midnight on Monday, 2 February 2015.
