Citizens Advice Shropshire is a local charity that is a member of the national Citizens Advice Service. We are independent and give free, impartial, and confidential advice. Next to that we work to improve policies and practices that affect people’s lives. We do that through partnership working, membership of other organisations, representation at forums and campaigning.
Every year we help around 9.000 people. Most of them live or work in Shropshire. Our clients come from all walks of life, have different backgrounds and ask about all sorts of issues. The main categories of issues we deal with are:
