Call for Candidate Sites deadline looms for Powys

There is now less than three weeks in which to make submissions in respect of potential development land for consideration for inclusion in the Local Development Plan (LDP).

Groups or individuals who may be seeking/suggesting sites to meet identified needs or perhaps know of land which ought to be protected in its current state and not subject to future change (eg land having existing recreational/amenity/wildlife/conservation value etc) should also register.

The LDP will replace the existing Unitary Development Plan in due course and will set the framework for decision making on planning applications for the period up to 2026.
