Call for home movies!

The Media Archive for Central England (MACE) is looking for any film, video or dusty old reels tucked away in storage showing life in the community.

These are a vital part of the region's heritage, whether they capture family moments or events and news stories. The organisation is not interested in commercially made material, i.e. Charlie Chaplin, Mickey Mouse or Star Wars.

As well as showing films within communities, the project will ensure long term preservation of the original films so that they can go on being used by future generations.

If you have any old films or videos that you would be willing to deposit with the Full Circle project, contact Julie North at Travellers' Times on 01432 344039. This is a Midlands related project so only Midlands related footage is relevant.
