Turning Point Connected Care Project

Turning Point Connected Care were commissioned by Lancashire County Council and East Lancashire PCT to find out how the Gypsy, Roma and Traveller population living in East Lancashire access health, housing and social care services. 
 

Through the recruitment and training of community researchers ‘the Connected Care project’ supports these commissioners to better understand the needs of Gypsy, Roma and Traveller communities.
