TGP Cymru is the leading Wales-based Children’s Rights and Advocacy Charity. TGP Cymru has been providing services to vulnerable children, young people and their families across Wales for 18 years. We are looking for an Engagement Officer to work as part of our Travelling Ahead team providing advice, advocacy and support to Gypsy, Roma and Traveller communities. You will take a lead on delivering and further developing our service across the North Wales local authority areas during a time of changing working methods due to Covid 19 measures. If you have a commitment to supporting people to have a voice, tackling discrimination and making sure people get fair access to services and support we’d like to hear from you. This role is varied and involves direct contact with young people, adults and families as well as engaging with public bodies and third sector networks across North Wales.
