The London Christmas Drive - photos by Bela Varadi

Cast your mind back to Christmas when hundreds of Gypsies, Travellers and friends from all over the UK converged on Wapping with their horses and carts, east London, to take part in the London Christmas Horse Drive.

About 60 - 100 lots braved the cold, chilly - but thankfully dry - weather to complete the drive which went from Wapping, through Camden, onto Soho and then Buckingham Palace and finishing at Borough Market, south London. 

Traveller's Times Vision Trainee and regular Travellers' Times photographer Bela Varadi went along to photograph what happened. These are the results:
